Frank is a dating app built in London. The website frankdating.co.uk is hosted by Netlify. The app is currently in development. We are not hard to find — hello@frankdating.co.uk.
Email, name, date of birth, profile information, payment information processed securely, messages and interactions.
To run the app, process the bond, send notifications, improve Frank. Not to sell to advertisers. Frank is ad-free.
Every Frank user pays a £15 bond when they join. This is not a subscription. It is a commitment. If you ghost anyone on Frank — in any situation — you lose £5 from your bond automatically. Three ghosts and you are removed from Frank. Leave honestly using the Exit Protocol and Frank refunds your remaining bond within 5 working days. Frank retains deducted amounts. Good users pay nothing beyond their initial £15.
Account data kept while active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion, anonymised data kept indefinitely, bond transaction records kept 7 years because HMRC.
